At Think Productive, your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Tanto, our custom backend API, collects and uses data related to webinar sessions integrated with Zoom and YouTube.
1. What We Collect
Tanto collects and stores the following data:
- Webinar titles and descriptions
- Scheduled dates and times
- Zoom meeting IDs or links (no passwords)
- Associated YouTube video links for pre-recorded sessions
- Host names and Think Productive session types
Tanto does not collect or store personal information from Zoom users or meeting attendees beyond what is detailed below.
2. Optional Personal Data for Marketing
When viewing a pre-recorded Skills Taster Session, users may choose to submit their name and email address to sign up for Think Productive’s marketing updates. This is entirely optional and requires explicit opt-in consent.
- Users who opt in may receive occasional emails about upcoming webinars, new resources, and productivity tips.
- Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, allowing users to opt out at any time with immediate effect.
- Submitted names and email addresses are securely stored in accordance with data protection regulations and are never shared with third parties without consent.
3. How We Use the Data
Collected webinar information is used to:
- Display upcoming live and pre-recorded Skills Taster Sessions on the Think Productive website
- Keep our listings accurate and up-to-date in real time using Zoom Webhooks
- Offer interested users the opportunity to hear more from Think Productive through voluntary email opt-in
4. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell or rent data collected by Tanto. Webinar data is used solely for the purposes stated above and is visible only on the Think Productive website.
Name and email addresses submitted for marketing purposes are only used internally and by our trusted email marketing providers, and never sold or transferred without consent.

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no method of online transmission is completely secure.
